#1) Why does the Username / Password Box keep REAPPEARING?
OR Why does it say "My Credentials don't Match!"
ANSWER:
Answer: When the Username / Password Box keeps reappearing - usually
with the password area blank, or you receive a page that says your
credentials don't match, it typically means the Username or Password
was entered incorrectly. Windows likes to insert the name your computer
is registered to into the Network Login Box to make things easier
for its users, so please verify when entering your credentials that
your User name matches the one Archway Merchandising sent you. Remember
that your User name conatains NO capital letters and NO spaces.
*Note: Your username is not your email address & newer merchandisers
usernames also may include numbers.
For Example - "John Doe" Login
would be:
User name: johndoe or jdoe12345
FAQ #2) We have multiple users. Why does the computer only
recognize one of us?
ANSWER:
Our Web Site remembers who you are. That means once you
login, you can use all of your different Home Page's and the computer
remembers who you are no matter what page you visit (this is why
your I.D. number is already in the I.D. box as you change from page
to page). To have the site forget about you, you must close your
browser and then reopen it again. Now you should be able to login
as a different user. If this fails to work then you will need to
restart, or reboot your system. If restarting fails to work, then
you will need to delete your temporary internet files. *To
Clean Temporary Internet Files, click START > choose SETTINGS
and CONTROL PANEL. Click on INTERNET PROPERTIES > then click
the DELETE FILES button within the 'Temporary Internet Files' section.
FAQ #3)
Why does it say SIZE where my I.D.
number appears?
ANSWER:
This means that the server is down for an unexpected, and
not scheduled, reason. This happens when there is perhaps a power
outage in our neighborhood, a computer glitch, or something of that
nature. Please check back often (after 15 minutes or more) to see
if our system has been reset. If it is very late at night or early
in the morning, please pay us a visit after business hours the next
day.
Keep in mind, that if you have questions after you
login to the web site, you will have an opportunity to view the
HELP file, which is located in the top right corner of your Home
Pages.
